The policy, which was scheduled to be implemented later this month, has been pushed by the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank as a means of unlocking funds for infrastructure development. 'We're likely to delay the implementation of the plan and we are not planning to hike the (fuel) price,' coordinating minister for the economy Hatta Rajasa told Dow Jones Newswires.
