Man sells safe for $155, only to realise it contained $33,000

James Labrecque sold a safe on ebay for $155. But he soon discovered that the safe had actually contained $33,000 in cash. STOMPer Dumbo said: "I bet this guy wants to shoot himself. "He could have just opened the safe and checked before he made the sale. "But he chose to sell it of on ebay. "Too bad for him, and an unexpected windfall for the buyer. "Imagine buying a safe and finding $33,000 inside. "And his listing says "What you see is what you get. Nothing more, nothing less." "James even tried asking the buyer half of the money, but was denied. "Apparently the buyer also believes in the caveat that James had on his listing. "Would you share that amount with the person who sold it to you ?"
