I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it engages music therapists and play specialists to bring music and play therapy to young patients to cushion the psychological impact of their in-patient stays. My two-year-old son, who has a rare immune deficiency condition, was recently admitted for the seventh time since his birth. These music and play therapy services enhanced his recovery.
