Govt sets up task force to examine animal welfare, pet ownership

One of its members, Yeo Guat Kwang revealed this on the sidelines of the Singapore Animal Welfare Symposium on Saturday. Speaking to The Straits Times, Mr Yeo said the task force will come up with concrete recommendations hopefully to change policies and regulations on the issues by the end of this year.
