This photo taken on March 16, 2011 shows AFP photographer Toru Yamanaka during photo coverage in Natori, Miyagi prefecture five days after the devastating earthquake and tsunami. Nearly a year after he worked in the tsunami wasteland of northeast Japan, AFP photographer Toru Yamanaka returned to capture the progress that has been made.
