The STOMPer wrote: "There has been this online debate going on about whether the answer to 6/2(1+2) is 1 or 9. "The answer that is stated to be true is said to be 9. However, there are still people who INSIST that the answer is 1. "Even the news reported in Taiwan has explained why it is 9 and not 1. "The best part is that the person that posted this question even ARGUED that what the news reported was wrong as he believes that the answer is 'absolutely' 1. "I feel that a clarification should be made to the public so that this confusion stops. "Perhaps we need to find someone in the right position to make this justification.
