Woman donates S$1m to Japan quake victims

SINGAPORE: Twenty-four-year-old Singaporean Elaine Low has donated S$1 million to the victims of the earthquake in Japan. Ms Low presented the cheque on Wednesday to Japanese Ambassador Yoichi Suzuki at the Embassy of Japan in Singapore, together with her father, Mr T K Low.
