The carrier had planned to introduce the superjumbo for the Singapore-Tokyo-Los Angeles route later this month but will instead continue using the Boeing 747-400 aircraft until further notice. 'Singapore Airlines is closely monitoring developments in Japan. At this point, all Singapore Airlines flights to and from Japan are operating,' the carrier said on its website.
