<p>HE MIGHT be of Chinese descent but he speaks the four official languages of Singapore - English, Chinese, Malay and Tamil - fluently, without much effort. Mr Yap Ha Kuan, a 46-year-old Malaysian who works at Sin Kian Choon fruit stall, says he picked up all the four languages when he was a child.</p><p>His linguistic talent has attracted a number of customers and one such fan is 21-year-old student Benazir Parvin, who has been frequenting the fruit stall for four years now.
