Jane's Intelligence Review, a monthly journal on military intelligence, published satellite images of what have been identified as nuclear sites near Myanmar capital of Naypyidaw. It reported that “information has replaced rumor with hard data,” referring to the nuclear weapon allegation that Myanmar faces, and concluded that Myanmar's nuclear program is “overly ambitious with limited expertise.” Jane’s Intelligence analyst Allison Puccioni commented in the report that Myanmar “will not make a bomb with the technology they currently possess or the intellectual capability,” but “the factors do make it possible to have a route to one.”
