SINGAPORE (Reuters) - All key Japanese seaports damaged by this month's devastating earthquake and tsunami are now operational for recovery and reconstruction efforts, the country's transport ministry said on Friday. "Fifteen of 15 ports in the afflicted area are usable. Multi-purpose piers are partly available, excluding Aomori port," said Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism on its website. (Reporting by Randy Fabi; Editing by Ed Lane)
