Mrs Ivy Singh-Lim, 61, raised her right hand, pumped her fist, and declared: 'Majulah Singapura!' at the end of the nine-day trial. Bollywood Veggies had been accused of failing to have its buildings inspected and failing to engage a structural engineer to conduct the inspections within the stipulated time. The prosecution argued that the organic farm on Neo Tiew Road had received a notice from the Commissioner of Building Control saying it needed an inspection, as well as two reminders.
