As the deadline drew to a close on Tuesday, there were about 26,350 applications for the flat. These were sold under the Build-To-Order (BTO) scheme, and Sales of Balance Flats exercise, which are balance flats left unsold in previous sales launches. Balance flats, which hit an overall subscription rate of 3.8, were a more popular choice analysts say, because most of them had already been built, and are nestled in mature estates with good transport links and amenities...
