MALAGA, Spain: Scotland's 1999 British Open champion Paul Lawrie won the Andalucian Open on Sunday by one stroke to end a nine-year win drought. The 42-year-old - whose last win was in August 2002 at the Wales Open - edged out Sweden's Johan Edfors while Felipe Aguilar of Chile was third. England's Kenneth Ferrie failed to build on his remarkable record-equalling 60 on Saturday shooting a five over par 75 to finish 11th.
