Bye bye Guitar Hero, Hello Dance Central!

FORGET Guitar Hero. The latest computer simulated video game craze is Xbox 360's Dance Central. And Singapore's best Dance Central gamer is Muhammad Hirzi Bin Jasmin, a 20-year-old student who beat a host of other contestants to winthe first ever Dance Central challenge for Xbox 360at Dance Fiesta 2011. While some might write off Dance Central as just a video game, Danial Asyraf, an 18-year-old student who came in second at the dance competition said the video game is a good start for those with two left feet. 'In the game, there are moves like 'party machine' and 'cabbage patch', so in a way, it teaches you the proper dance. It is a good way to learn the basic steps of hip hop.' Check out RazorTV for highlights of the contestants getting their groove on,and find out if Dance Central can indeed help you start moving those dancing feet!
