StarHub has accused OpenNet of tampering with and damaging its cables.

The telco's head of corporate communications and investor relations, Ms Jeannie Ong, said in a statement yesterday: 'We are deeply concerned about OpenNet making unauthorised access to, tampering with and damaging our cables while laying fibres in Singapore as part of the national broadband network rollout.'
