Will the grass be greener in Singapore? #Singapore

To be fair, this is a good start. At least the government is hoping to engage in some damage control. Look at what the financial crisis has done to Europe and US. I know many companies are actively recruiting professional from UK and US to work in Singapore in the health care industry. So why not spend the money to attract Singaporean to come back? The Chinese government has similar program to attract their best talent to return home. They really put the effort to help their citizens with good incentives and many are thankful that they did come back. Therefore, I will not question the US$4M spending but I will ask is this a carefully thought action with a sustainable policy. I will applause if this hollywood attraction is tied to real actions to help them settle in after some period of departure.
