SINGAPORE: Paddler Feng Tianwei's poor form continued at the Chile Open on Sunday, as the top seed lost 4-2 in the last eight to South Korea's world No 29 Yang Ha Eun. World No. 9 Feng has seen her ranking dip four places after a spate of poor results this season.
