He finally admit that if you do not vote for them you will get the upgrading. It has been debated so many times in parliament. Mr Chiam and Mr Low from the opposition wards asked so many times for upgrading to their wards and the PAP MPs would always say that the government is not biased but everything has to be quened. So now PM Lee comes out with another version which all of us already knew that if you do not vote for the PAP, we will not give you upgrading. Another words, supposely if a GRC went into the opposition hands, would the PAP remove the lifts from every floor , remove the shelters or tear down the malls etc to let you know that u did not support them.
