#Newsflash: #NTU student hit by van while crossing road on campus

Dear TP can you police-man do something abt all this Malaysia vehicles come in to Singapore. Thay are reckless drivers' speeding in Singapore even in car-parks. Their vehicles have many illegal modification ie: exhaust-pipe which produce loud noise even black smoke. Some more when these M'sia vehicles got into accident, even if you write down their licence number, you can't even claim their insurance at all if they don't pay you on the spot. Poor NTU student shouldn't have been hit by that van if he never speeding in the campus.As you can see even the windscreen also Shattered, how fast the van travel along that road. Hope the driver get charge.
