"My style is simple and straightforward," said Chef Sandri, although he clearly also has a knack for representing classic French appeal with a contemporary flair. The Swiss charmer - who has trained at renowned establishments such as Nobu, The Kitchen Table LTD and Brasserie Joel in London - is surprisingly still single.
