The four, who are from the heartland areas of Yishun, Sembawang and Tampines, had turned up deliberately in those togs. They were there to support '1,000 peeps to Holland V in Singlets, Shorts and Slippers Day', the event started on social networking site Facebook in response to an on-air rant by someone named 'Samantha'.
