$3.1m for Bishan-Toa Payoh scholarships

Deputy Prime Minister and MP for Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC Wong Kan Seng,�awarded 28 students who are going to the ITE and polytechnic with a bond-free scholarship on Sunday. Students going to the ITE will get $500 per year, while those entering polytechnics will receive $2,000 annually for the full duration of their courses.
