Neither operator recorded any lapses in this review, which stretched from June 1 to Nov 30 last year. SMRT Buses improved its performance compared to the previous assessment period between December 2009 and May 2010, when it was fined a total of $300 after its bus services failed to leave the terminal on time on three occasions. SBS Transit maintained its performance from the last assessment, where it also met all service standards and did not incur any fines.
