HPB partners CCs to promote healthy living

Launched on Sunday, the pilot programme aims to spread the message of healthy living through features at the CC such as signs and stickers placed strategically, to encourage the public to use stairs instead of the lift, for example. -- ST PHOTO: GOH KAI SHI THE Health Promotion Board (HPB) and Bukit Timah Community Club are working together to promote healthy living among Singaporeans through the Health Promoting Community Clubs programme. This initiative is the first of its kind between the HPB and the Bukit Timah Community Club. Launched on Sunday, the pilot programme aims to spread the message of healthy living through features at the CC such as signs and stickers placed strategically, to encourage the public to use stairs instead of the lift, for example. Also, to encourage healthy eating, a supermarket tour has been organised for May, at Giant hypermarket in Vivocity....
