We actively enhance our mobile network: StarHub

We refer to Mr Ong Lye Chan's letter ("What redress for customers?", April 12) and thank him for his feedback. We have since contacted Mr Ong and are providing assistance to him. StarHub Mobile is committed to providing good and consistent level of mobile services to our customers. We would like to assure Mr Ong and all readers, that we actively enhance our network to better support the growing number of mobile broadband users, who increasingly prefer to stay connected and to access information online when they are on the move.
