The Angus Ross Prize is given to the best performance in the November GCE A-Level Literature in English examinations by a non-UK candidate, and is open to all candidates (outside the UK) taking the various A-Level Literature in English syllabuses examined by University of Cambridge International Examinations (CIE). A spokesman from University of Cambridge International Examinations said: 'The Cambridge Angus Ross Prize is open to students around the world, and once again it has been won by a student from Singapore - an impressive record of achievement.'
