That is the Chinese's casual way of asking 'what business brings you here'? On Friday at noon, President Hu Jintao arrived in Hong Kong on winds that heralded the onset of tropical storm Doksuri. Just hours after his chartered plane landed on the tarmac, the typhoon signal was hoisted to No.3 - strong winds are gusting. Expectations are that it will go up to No.8 by early this morning, when handover anniversary celebrations are supposed to be in full swing. This means that winds are at gale or storm force level, felling trees and ripping bamboo scaffolding off buildings.
