The warning signal for tourists will be downgraded from the highest-level 'red', which means any travel to the designated area should be avoided, to 'grey', which suggests caution during the visit. The 'red' signal still stand for eastern, southern, and north-eastern parts of Japan, including Tokyo, said an official of foreign affairs ministry. Although the radioactive residue from Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear power plant detected in the Tokyo has dropped, Taiwanese tourists should still avoid the city because of the negative psych...
