(CNA|sg|biz) Companies taking part in CCI score high on customer satisfaction

SINGAPORE: Retail and F&B outlets that took part in the Customer Centric Initiative (CCI) performed better than industry average when it comes to customer satisfaction. The CCI is a national effort launched in 2005 to encourage companies to be committed to service excellence. A pilot survey commissioned by SPRING Singapore involved 1,100 retail and F&B outlets and 10,200 respondents. Retail outlets in CCI malls had a score of 69.4, outperforming the Customer Satisfaction Index for Singapore retail sector average of 68.2. F&B also fared better than the national average at 69.2, outperforming the national average of 65.1. VivoCity emerged top, scoring the highest satisfaction rating of 70.1.
