'Emotional dilemma' of Aljunied voters #SGelections

THE Workers' Party (WP) is making use of Aljunied GRC voters by placing on them the burden of pushing the opposition cause, said Mr George Yeo on Thursday. But it has yet to produce any plans on how it intends to improve the lives of residents, he added. The Foreign Minister, who is leading the People's Action Party's (PAP) team in what is expected to be the most fiercely fought battle this election, said emphatically in an interview with The Straits Times: 'It should not be a burden on Aljunied GRC - that everybody else will (get to) look after themselves, while Aljunied GRC will have to look after the larger interest of the opposition.'
