Indriani, 27, appeared in court last week on a charge of unlawful entry into Singapore without a valid pass sometime in or before February 2010. The former domestic worker is accused of leaving the baby boy at the rooftop garden at Block 31A Eunos Crescent with the intention of wholly abandoning him on April 18 at about 3am. If convicted of this offence, she can be jailed for up to seven years or fined or jailed and fined. Unlawful entry is punishable with up to six months and at least three strokes.
