A 20-year-old polytechnic graduate found dead at foot of housing block

A 20-year-old polytechnic graduate was found dead at the void deck of his home at Block 9, Boon Keng Road early on Saturday morning. Chinese daily Lianhe Wanbao reported on Monday it was likely that he had fallen from the kitchen window of his family's 22nd-storey flat. The Straits Times understands that Mr Isaac Tng, 20, who was doing his national service, was out drinking with friends the night before. Police said they received a call at about 7.15am on Saturday, reporting a person lying motionless at the foot of the housing block.
