Tata Communications to invest S$440m in S'pore over next 4 years

SINGAPORE: Tata Communications has committed to a stronger focus in building its business out of Singapore, with plans to invest close to S$440 million over the next four years. The communications provider will also increase the workforce here by 60 per cent to 200 over the same period. Tata said the planned investments will reinforce its continued focus on innovation and support of both its customers and the Singapore market. The company made the announcement at an event where it was awarded the incentive-based International Headquarters status by the Economic Development Board.
