It hopes that putting out information on air travel will create more awareness and lower the number of disputes. The 510 cases last year were up from 389 in 2009 and 251 in 2008. One such aggrieved customer was Madam Wan Fong Kuen, who is in her 50s. She thought she had scored a good deal with a budget airline, which charged her just over $100 for a return ticket to a nearby Asian country last year.
