Should Changi Airport Group designate studying areas or set aside a cafe for students? #SGedu

I REFER to Wednesday's article on students choosing the airport and a hospital as places for studying ("Cramming for healthy grades at KTPH"). While the attitude of students towards learning and their diligence is commendable, the Changi Airport Group has to take into consideration the public image it wants to portray and convey to travellers, both local and international. The students may not be gathered in the most prominent of places at the airport, but their gathering in large groups do get noticed by all airport users. Not only would they affect our reputation as having the world's best airport, they may also hinder the movement of or inconvenience travellers. What I suggest is that Changi Airport Group consider setting aside a cafe or a few designated studying areas at Changi Airport that are a distance away from the hustle and bustle.
