The pension scheme was abolished years back so that teachere and many civil servants were taken off the pension scheme. Unfortunately without so much as a clarification on why such a pension scheme was to be abolished, the next thing we heard was ministers despite millions of aalaries being paid to attract talent which did not quite work as expected, suddenly the government bring back the pension schemes. There is a contradiction in principle and logic behind the pension scheme. This contradiction if left unexplained can only go down in history as use of political power to gain benefits for their own kind. This is where the people find it very difficult to swallow. People do not mind to attract real talents and pay them their worth. However rewarding their won kind who are found to be full of money sucking ideas called asset enhancement without creating more venues to make...
