'The defendant engaged in oral sexual conduct and anal sexual conduct with another person by forcible compulsion,' read the first sentence of the charge sheet, which listed seven separate alleged offences. The allegations listed were two counts of criminal sexual acts in the first degree, one of attempted rape in the first degree, one of sexual abuse in the first degree, one of unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, one of sexual abuse in the 3rd degree, and one of a forcible touching.
