Kate Middleton’s Prabal Gurung Dress Hits Amazon’s Discount Site

Like Tweet +1 Share Pin It Share The much-photographed Prabal Gurung dress Kate Middleton wore on a recent trip to Singapore is going on sale at Amazon’s daily deals site for fashion goods Monday. The wool and silk-blend dress will be listed for $738 — 73% off the original retail price — on MyHabit.com beginning at noon ET. The dress will be offered as part of a collection Gurung has curated for the site, which include several of his designs as well as home goods inspired by his native Nepal. It’s a big get for MyHabit, which is likely to see a surge of signups just for the sale. It’s somewhat unfortunate timing for the designer; with so many Middleton fans now lusting after that dress, he would have had no problem selling his entire inventory at full-price. Even large retailers like Burberry have sold out of apparel worn by Middleton less than 24 hours after she’s worn it...
