Google refers to homosexual employees as "Gayglers."

We’re are passionate about diversity and about creating an inclusive place to work. Our LGBT employees, also known as "Gayglers," regularly organize events and talks to promote awareness and discussion of LGBT issues here at Google. This past year, Google Singapore was proud to be the first international company to officially support Pink Dot 2011. Check out Pink Dot 2011’s blog to learn more.
