M1 apologises with free service on Wednesday. #Singapore

What a shame M1. Is this the best compensation you can come up with when it costs M1 near to nothing? You are a service provider that provides bad service as far as delivery is concerned. If IDA can mete out penalty on such bad service I am sure M1 must come up with something more sincere and substantial in view of the inconvenience it caused the users. There are also losses which are hard to quantify but certainly costs more than your insincere compensation. Do not treat your subscribers as fools by giving free call all day. Take bolder steps and tell those who are not satisfied to switch telco at least we will respect M1 for that. That it itself shows that you are providing a better service than Singtel and Starhub. In other words you don't need us to subscribe to M1. Come on M1 can you come up with better compensating.
