The Internal Security Act (ISA) was withdrawn and an ad hoc body responsible for its implementation, the Centre for Administration of Peace and Order (CAPO), was disbanded effective on Tuesday, said Police General Pongsapat Pongcharoen, CAPO's deputy director. 'Normal laws should be sufficient ahead of the election,' he told Reuters.
