SINGAPORE: The Football Association of Singapore (FAS) has announced that all S.League matches involving Hougang United FC and Etoile FC will be suspended until the conclusion of a disciplinary hearing. A scuffle broke out at Hougang Stadium on Monday evening between players from the clubs, forcing their match to be abandoned. FAS president Zainudin Nordin said: "We have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to violent conduct both on and off the pitch. "FAS has started investigation and will pursue the matter thoroughly. Any players and officials found guilty of misconduct will be severely dealt with". The association has also written to both clubs involved in the incident to submit reports. A disciplinary hearing has been scheduled for June 3, 2011. Meanwhile, Hougang United chairman Bill Ng issued a statement, saying the club is sorry the incident happened on their turf...
