Xie Ming Liang, 56, admitted to three charges of misappropriating $674,705 from Hoo Huat Engineering at Pioneer Sector Walk between 2007 and 2009. Deputy Public Prosecutor Ma Han Feng said that Xie - who joined the company in 2002 as a marketing and operation manager - collected payments from clients and handed the money over to the company. When he was promoted to deputy general manager in 2008, he carried out collecting payments.
