SEOUL: North Korea will never deal with the current South Korean government and will cut some military communications links, Pyongyang's highest state body said Monday in a statement on official media. A spokesman for the North's National Defence Commission (NDC) also reiterated threats to open fire at sites used for "psychological warfare" -- an apparent reference to the launching of cross-border leaflets. "The army and people of the DPRK (North Korea) will never deal with traitor Lee Myung-Bak and his clan," said the statement on the official KCNA news agency, referring to the conservative South Korean president.
