Woman in Malaysia narrowly escapes death after car gets 'skewered'
A 33-year-old woman in Malaysia had a close brush with death after she crashed her car into a metal road barrier, which subsequently impaled the vehicle. According to The Star , the woman was heading to work at the Teachers Education Institute in Tawau at about 6am (June 10) when she reportedly lost control of her car. Tawau police chief Asst Comm Fadil Marsus said the vehicle was a total wreck following the impact. The woman sustained injuries to her head and tongue and was treated at the Tawau Hospital. “She is reported to be in stable condition,” added ACP Fadil.
