(TTR) Analysis of Merdeka Center’s public opinion poll on Singapore GE 2011

The writing is on the wall. On one side, there is the PAP with nondescript and colourless MPs who think and talk the same uninspiring stuff, trying to promote policies which work against the interests of born and bred in Singapore Singaporeans. And these MPs include a young male one (Puthucheary) who has NOT served NS. So far all we hear is “we are listening”. No action. Meanwhile, foreigners continue to pour in and threaten the quality of life as we know it and the livelihoods of Singaporeans (who are now regarded as second-class citizens in their own country). On the other side are committed, articulate, intelligent (and some quite young) Singaporeans who are coming forward to serve the country.
