Elections Dept says it will improve its system after a Joo Chiat resident failed to get his polling card for GE

THE Elections Department has said it will look at ways to improve its system after a resident in Joo Chiat failed to get his polling card for the May 7 General Election and could not vote, despite his efforts to check what happened with the department.
