The public administration of the country is also effective and corruption is minimal (ranked third), and the criminal justice system is among the most effective in the world (ranked fifth). Notwithstanding the country's outstanding performance in most categories, there are substantial limitations on freedom of speech and freedom of assembly, with Singapore in 50th and 61st place, respectively, out of all 66 countries. Sweden and Norway scored highest on the World Justice Project Rule of Law Index, which ranks countries on such key areas...
