Come on, changing the ad doesn't change a thing. These recruitment agency will simply put the candidate with the "correct" paper qualification with the lowest salary request. They don't really care if this person is a Singaporean or FT or can he/she do the job. They just want to earn that fee from getting their candidate employed. And this is the reason why FTs can get the jobs instead of Singaporeans. The major difference between hiring a Singaporean and FT is the CPF contribution, this turn off many HR and frankly HR nowadays don't value the talents but simply look at cost of hiring. Who really cares if that person can work, because they will always tell themselves how much can I know about this candidate productivity through a few interviews.
